Your inquiry

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business information, selected topic, and message. We use them to understand your request, assess fit, and respond. Inquiry notifications go to Jim at jim@chargeforwardadvisors.com. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email or SMS.

Please don’t send health information, employee records, account numbers, financial statements, passwords, or other sensitive information through this form.

Storage and service providers

Forminator stores form entries in the website’s WordPress database. An email copy is also sent to Jim. Website hosting and email providers process information as part of operating those services. The form is currently configured to retain stored submissions indefinitely, rather than delete them automatically on a schedule. Contact Jim with questions or requests about access, correction, or deletion.

Website technology and external links

The website uses WordPress and supporting hosting and form software. These services may process technical information needed to operate the site. Cookie and similar-technology use can depend on the features you use and your browser settings. Podcast and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Business Checkup

The Business Checkup calculates its results in your browser. This implementation does not send your answers or score to us. Any results you choose to download are saved to your device.
