Business Coaching
Scale & Lead.
You don't need another passenger. You need someone who knows the road.
One-on-one coaching for established owners who are stuck, overwhelmed, plateaued, or ready to accelerate. I won't drive for you. I'll help you become a better driver.
Capped at four clients at a time. Roughly ninety minutes a week.

Who this is for
Who I do my best work with.

My sweet spot is established owners and executives who are stuck, overwhelmed, plateaued, under-leveraged, or ready to accelerate. Company size matters far less than commitment and fit. I'm not a startup coach for people who haven't figured out how to win yet.
I won't drive for you, and I won't care about your business more than you do. I'll study the game, challenge you, help train you, show you what you're not seeing, and tell you the truth. You still have to execute. That's the deal.
- You've become the bottleneck. Too much runs through you.
- You're doing fifteen-dollar work from a thousand-dollar seat.
- Your team can't solve problems without you in the room.
- You've plateaued and can't quite see why.
- You're ready to accelerate but want a second set of eyes first.
The fit
I don't need you to have all the answers. I do expect you to be serious.
A good fit
- An established, viable business
- Serious and coachable
- Honest, even when it's uncomfortable
- Willing to do the work
- Treats people well and keeps their word
- Willing to hear the truth
Not a fit
- Looking for a startup coach
- Wants me to care more than they do
- "Won't do" instead of "can't do"
- Dishonest or cuts corners
- Treats their people badly
- Only wants a cheerleader
How the work goes
Get control. Build the people. Sharpen the decisions. Then pour on the jet fuel.
Get control
Clear the clutter, stop the bleeding, and find the three highest-payoff activities only you can do. The goal is clearer priorities and less reactive work.
Build the people
Better people build better businesses. We develop the team so results stop depending on you being in every room.
Sharpen the decisions
Take the emotion out. Do the math. Zoom out until the problem is small enough to solve. Then make the best call you can.
Pour on the jet fuel
Once the swing is right, we create more at-bats and scale what works. More at-bats won't fix a bad swing, so we fix the swing first.
Proof
The goal isn't to make sure nothing bad ever happens.
Valerie Kemp, a CPA, came to me overwhelmed and thinking about selling. She was running her own firm plus her late father's business for her mother. We fired the energy-draining clients, removed a toxic hire, refocused the team on high-payoff work, and eventually sold a service line that was emotionally important but quietly draining the business.
The team got stronger. Revenue grew. A waitlist formed. Later, a problem hit that might have threatened the business years earlier. This time it held. That's the point.
It's to build you and your business into something capable of handling it when it does.
And the scoreboard I care about most: eleven former team members have called me out of the blue just to say they paid off their homes. They didn't owe me those calls.
What to expect
Straight answers before we start.
What does it cost?
Coaching is typically four thousand dollars a month, usually about ninety minutes a week. You'll know the terms and the expectations up front. Clarity protects trust.
Why only four clients at a time?
So I can care and serve deeply without it interfering with my other work. It isn't manufactured scarcity. It's capacity. When it's full, it's full.
How long do people stay?
My goal isn't for you to need me forever. It's for you to become a stronger leader and decision-maker. Many keep the relationship going because it stays valuable, not because they're stuck.
Is this just accountability?
No. Accountability is part of it, but the real work is judgment: seeing what you're missing, making better decisions, and building people and systems that compound.
Find the right next step
Start with the opportunity.
Tell me what you want to improve and what is getting in the way. The first step is to check fit, then decide whether a focused conversation, a practical solution, or a different resource makes sense.
- A useful next step starts with fit. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you.
- If I know someone better suited, I may connect you.
- No sensitive documents needed. A short description is enough.
Tell me what needs to work better.
